Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to submit a claim for damaged shipping from the date you received your purchase. All sales are final, unless there is an error on our end, and only damaged packaging or products are eligible for replacement.
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged upon delivery, please use the below form to attach up to 5 photos of the damaged print. Include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print, showing a close-up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage, and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with UPS. Please do not discard the damaged print until you receive your replacement.
