What is your typical turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies depending on current workload and the specifics of your order. Generally, we aim to ship orders within 2 business days of placement. However, during busy periods or for larger or more complex orders, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order.

What is the difference between your float mount and your frame mount?

For prints sized up to 20×30″, we typically use a float mount, which suspends the print 3/4″ off the wall. This mount is made of aluminum and is designed for easy hanging with any lightweight nail. For larger prints exceeding 30″, we employ our frame mounts, which provide sturdy support. Our heavy-duty frame mounts ensure your prints hang securely with a 1″ gap from the wall. Additionally, all frame mounts come with mounting hardware, including a bubble level, for quick and precise installation.

What Process does Macro Diving use for metal prints?

We utilize advanced printing techniques on high-quality aluminum panels to create stunning metal prints. Our metal prints offer exceptional clarity and durability.

What is Dye Sublimation?

Dye sublimation is a printing process where an image is transferred onto a specially coated surface using heat and pressure. This process results in vibrant colors and a durable print that is resistant to fading and scratching.

Why does Macro Diving use Dye Sublimation instead of printing directly on the aluminum?

We have chosen dye sublimation as our preferred method because it consistently delivers the highest quality prints with vivid colors and exceptional detail.
